Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus not able to unlock.




    I pre ordered the phone directly from Samsung with T-Mobile as my carrier but since I moved countries, I need to unlock that phone.

    The problem is that I chatted with several people from T-Mobile now and nobody was able to help me out.

    They are saying that since I didn't buy the product from T-Mobile directly it is either not unlocked (which it is, I tried several other non T-Mobile Sim cards) and that only Samsung can help me out.


    But Samsung is saying that only the carrier is able to unlock my phones.

    So now I am bouncing between the two companies and neither one of them can help me out.

    Maybe you can?
