insurance issues


    i received a postcard about from the administrative office regarding my insurance coverage either being deleted or replaced. can someone give me some information about this ???/

        You'll need to elaborate on what insurance and what administrative office and what kind of postcard you're speaking about. It might also be helpful in the meantime to contact T-Mobile via Facebook Twitter or phone.

          Well now magenta2402548, I'm sure that was quite surprising to get something like that. Where did it come from exactly? Did it say something like Ausrion or Assurant on the card? Have you checked your account to see if there's actually been a feature change? Please give us a holler back and let us know more details. Thanks!
