Have you tried to clear your chache from your browser? Also if it's for a payment arrangement you may need to call care to do that.

cesaribenitez95 is correct. If the payment method saved is for an upcoming payment arrangement, you'll need to Contact Us to get it updated. It sounds like it may just be an issue of your logging into your My T-Mobile account. If that's the case, you may need to use the "forgot password" option to reset your information.
