Text message failure and sudden loss of signal


    Since the end of January I have experienced text message failures and sudden loss of signal. I will try to send a message and it will not go thru or my phone could have full bars and then suddenly have no service. I have called customer service 3 times and they have had my reset my settings, clear out my cache, factory reset and then replace my phone..I am still having the same issues and finally was told that it was on TMOBILE part that they are having signal issues with data and voice on one line. No one had been able to tell me when this issues will be dealt with ...in the mean time I am paying for a service that I have no confidence in any more due to its unreliability. At any given moment if I had a emergency I could be without service for no reason and or text message failure. What can I do at this time?
