When I try to activate the line in the DIGITS app, it just routes me to my T-Mobile account page with no further steps. The line is already configured correctly on my account. Anyone else having this issue?
I had the same issue and couldn't figure out what was wrong until i realized I needed to add an E911 address to my Digits line. Simply gor to Profile and register an E911 address for the line.
