My girlfriend came to visit the US for a month. She brought her unlocked iPhone 6 with her from Peru. We signed her up for the T Mobile 21 day tourist plan. Now, after the 21 day plan has expired, T Mobile refuses to unlock her phone! They want us to reactivate service with them, and reload $100 on it before they will unlock it! They made no mention of these conditions when we signed up. They said after the 21 days we were free to go to another carrier. What a scam! I have called "customer service" numerous times and have had the issue elevated. Each time the rep claims the phone will be unlocked within 24-48 hours because it is a tourist plan, it shouldn't be locked in the first place.
My suggestion is to send a private message to the T Force team through Facebook. I hope that works for you, because I really believe in these guys on the team.
