SyncUP...amazing, but no account access


    I just bought 3 SyncUP's, they working really well, I love them!   But when trying to sign up for access to my plan, I was told it's IMPOSSIBLE.   The account access REQUIRES you have a T-mobile brand phone, that can receive a text message for verification of signup.  I don't have a t-mobile phone (I have a phone from another carrier that work pays for), so I'm denied access.  I think this is just a one time hurdle.   Does anyone know of a way for me to get authorized see what my plans, data usage, etc, are?  THANKS!
