I just bought 3 SyncUP's, they working really well, I love them!   But when trying to sign up for account.t-mobile.com access to my plan, I was told it's IMPOSSIBLE.   The account access REQUIRES you have a T-mobile brand phone, that can receive a text message for verification of signup.  I don't have a t-mobile phone (I have a phone from another carrier that work pays for), so I'm denied access.  I think this is just a one time hurdle.   Does anyone know of a way for me to get authorized see what my plans, data usage, etc, are?  THANKS!

Ok...you can enter the last 4 digits of your social security number instead of the texted confirmation code...that worked....but ONLY from the webpage on a mobile device.  The computer version of the webpage only accepts a 6 digit number (so it doesn't work), even though there's a note you can type in your 4 digit SS.

          Good morning, n8xd!

Gaining access to your My T-Mobile account is a must. I appreciate you making us aware of the computer facing version not allowing only 4 digits and instead needing 6 digits. Were you able to get this straightened out?

Yes, the 4 digit ss number worked ok from the mobile version of your website, but it did not work from the desktop version of your website as it required a 6 digit number even though it said the last 4 of the ss number was ok.  Now that I've succeeded in the initial authentication challenge, I can get to my t-moble account from both mobile and desktop.
