Today morning, while working with customer support on my primary line, when the support person added one plus international (its costs $25 extra, but I was told its only $10 extra than what I was paying), it removed the promotion (HD and One Plus Promo). Later when I enquired why the charge is $25 extra for One plus International and after discussion removed it from my account, I was told that I can not get my Previous Promo (HD + One Plus promo) back. This was a rip off, as now T-Mobile wants me to pay extra to get the features which were removed by the support without discussing that I will lose the promotion. Can some one help me or atleast guide me , what I should do.
I have 4 other lines where the promo is valid.
T-Mobile 1+ and international changed yesterday in price. Any changes made yesterday reflect the new charges. And once you change the plan that is on promo you cannot go back to that same promo price.
