Recently I bought a TMobile sim card and suddenly found that their signal in my house is extremely weak. I tried to leave with that for a week or two but finally closed my contract. Today I received the final bill and found that I still have $20 on my account.
I visited their office (hopefully it's close to my house) and ask for my money. But was told that I have to call on their Customer Care line. A few minutes ago I did that and was told to go back to the office because I don't remember my pin code. The circle has been closed
Does anyone have an idea what else can I do?
