Dear T-Mobile. I am at work, everyday, same spot, same phone. Several times in the last two weeks LTE service has not worked. Two weeks ago it was working wonderfully.
Standard Troubleshooting Script:
Reboot phone, doesn't work.
Stop and start service doesn't work.
Reselect tower doesn't work.
Turn off LTE because 3G is working slowly but it is working.
LTE is not working.
Hey, dmcrorie! Thanks for the feedback! I think it's a cool idea -- while we're not the folks who create or implement these sorts of content changes, we can pass the concept along. In the meantime, can I ask if you're still having LTE trouble? If so, I'm happy to take a look at the ZIP and see if there are tickets entered for that location with a projected timeline!
