LTE is broken - need status page


    Dear T-Mobile.  I am at work, everyday, same spot, same phone.  Several times in the last two weeks LTE service has not worked.  Two weeks ago it was working wonderfully.


    Standard Troubleshooting Script:

    Reboot phone, doesn't work. 

    Stop and start service doesn't work. 

    Reselect tower doesn't work.  

    Please stop.

    Turn off LTE because 3G is working slowly but it is working. 

    LTE is not working.


    Please create an LTE status page by region so we can watch you as you try to fix it.
