Assurant never gave me tracking number and lost my phone return


    Assurant approved my claim and sent me a return label I stuck onto a box at UPS to the correct Pennsylvania address, but it turns out they never gave me a tracking number to scan. So now that there's a return package with my cracked phone sitting in their PO box, they say there's no way of proving it was delivered and I'm stuck with a 411$ phone bill this month.
