    On 6/27 I called T Mobile to order four new lines of service.  Changing from Sprint because I was just fed up with them after 20 years of service.  Had a wonderful (or so I thought) rep who placed my order.  I purchased two new iPhones for my son and daughter and two sim cards for phones my husband and I use.  My phones/cards arrived yesterday.  However, only three lines were activated by T Mobile (one iPhone and the two sim cards).  I placed four calls last night, beginning at 6:00 pm, to customer service.  By 9:00 pm I was ready to pull my hair out.  Not one person was able to help.  So I now have an Iphone that is not activated (I was told because the sim appears to be already in use) and don't know when or if it will be!  Does anyone know how I can escalate this issue to find someone who can actually help???
