Who to contact if T-Mobile has my email server blocked?




    Just a little more background. My company has a T-Mobile account and we have several lines on it. However, for over a month now we have been unable to reach Business care or our account manager via email. From my tests, it seems their firewalls are blocking the IPs of my company's servers and even though I contacted the account manager (over the phone and personal email), Business care and the support team on twitter, nobody has been able to help so far.

    Does anyone know how I can read a team that could help me?
