Hi jeffreyoladapo It sounds like there is some issue with the towers (maintenance maybe?). You should try turning your phone off and and and check to see if there is a network update. If the problem persists, contact T-Mobile directly (through your app or from another phone that can connect) and maybe there is another solution they can offer.
Hey there, jeffreyoladapo!
I'm sorry it took us a few days to reply back to you. skap234 has the right idea. Your phone may just need to refresh the network connection. Are you still having issues with no network on Rhode Island? If so, have you traveled outside of the area to see if this is happening everywhere or only in a specific location? I don't see anything specific going on with the network in Rhode Island at this time but if you provide me with a zip code, I can take a closer look.
Hiya! Although I hope this was just an intermittent issue, we wanted to check on you and make sure you're not still having service trouble. If you're still having a tough time connecting, we're happy to take a look at the area if you don't mind providing a ZIP and the make/model of your phone!
Happy Saturday, jeffreyoladapo!
I just wanted to swing by one last time to see if you're still having issues with signal in Rhode Island. If so, please let us know the zip code along with what type of phone you're using so we can check out the coverage and network compatibility.
