All this week i have gone without Data. This marks 4 days in a row and your customer service is useless when i call in. Their response is "Well we are working on some towers and that could be causing some network slowing but you should be fine soon".
I have checked Downdetector.com and there were some spots near me monday through wednesday but today its clear in my area, and I still have no data whatsoever. Is this a nationwide outage than? What are you planning on doing to those of us who have had issues all week. I pay my bill every month and am a long time customer of yours. This is ridiculous
Just spoke with Tmobile Customer service.
This is a nationwide data outage. Best recomendation for now is to keep power cycling your device
This is indeed an outage and I cannot apologize enough While this only started in the early hours of the morning, I am still concerned that you have gone 4 days without data. Before this morning, did you notice if your data was out while you were in a specific area?
