I just wanted to stop by to see if your S4 is working properly now. Are you still having issues with signal in Phoenix? If so, do you know if our tech team filed a ticket for you or have you heard anything back regarding it?
After multiple calls and tickets the customer service rep finally
reached someone who advised that maintenance was in process for weeks
ending on July 1. My handsets work on 4G LTE now, but T-Mobile needs to
improve internal communications and not leave customers hanging. It took
two weeks to get the answer after being told that S4s don't support LTE
and I needed to upgrade my handset (both wrong).Mobile customers can change their carrier in a day. Taking two weeks to
get an answer on why service is degraded or down is not conducive to
retaining customers.Thanks for responding to assist.
