Oh wow! That definitely sounds like a web issue! Have you tried making the payment through the T-Mobile app? If so, are you seeing the same weirdness?
I don't do payments through apps on my phone so I'm not sure.
I don't have trouble making other payments and I've not had this
problem on T-Moblie in 20+ years so I'm very confused.

Thanks for clarifying. Would you be willing to try and use the T-Mobile App to make the payment? You can search for "T-Mobile" in your phones app market. If you are able to make the payment in the app. Then we can safely say that this is an issue with the web only which we can have our web team look at for you
Thanks for replying Chris and sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I'm still trying to figure out
how this "Community" works.
I have had to start using the app which I'm not too fond of due to the fact that I can't pay on
both mine and my husbands phone at the same time, like I was able to do online.
I have to pay for mine thru my phone and his thru his phone. Too time consuming.
I just spent 37:33 minutes on my hubby's cell, waiting to speak with someone about checking
on making sure the expiration update on my card was a success.
As they say...3rd times a charm...it worked.
Just stopping by to see if you have taken Chris's suggestion and given that a shot. Please come back and keep us posted on how things went. Thanks!
I'm just checking in again to see if you've gotten this resolved or if you've tried the suggestion above. If you have, please let us know the results. Thank you!
Thanks for all of your checking.
No, the issue has not been resolved. Everytime I call on it I end up confusing them more.
As for paying on the app...I have had no choice but to start doing that.
So far so good but I sure wish they'd fix being able to do things online like, getting
into my profile info to update expiration dates if needed.
Everything has changed so much.
Right now...I have been sitting here on the phone to T-Mobile for over 20 minutes waiting
for someone to help to make sure the expiration date update on my card is correct.
And I think my husbands phone is about to die and I need to be on his phone to do this.
By the way...I just figured this "Community" site out and that people have been answering
so, sorry for it taking such a long time to reply.
Do you have a corporate T-Mobile store nearby? I do, and it is a great place! I have a Pay As You Go $3 a month plan, prepaid. A couple of months ago I was able to make online payments. What you described is EXACTLY happened to me. The app went through updates. Now if I want to make an app purchase I use phone service to login to the app, and at a certain point I have to use my WiFi to use my credit card. I hope, and pray, this will stay for awhile.
