Oh wow! That definitely sounds like a web issue! Have you tried making the payment through the T-Mobile app? If so, are you seeing the same weirdness?

Hi Chris,
I don't do payments through apps on my phone so I'm not sure.
I don't have trouble making other payments and I've not had this
problem on T-Moblie in 20+ years so I'm very confused.

Thanks for clarifying. Would you be willing to try and use the T-Mobile App to make the payment? You can search for "T-Mobile" in your phones app market. If you are able to make the payment in the app. Then we can safely say that this is an issue with the web only which we can have our web team look at for you
