Why can't I seem to make an online payment to my "Pre-Paid Plan"?


    For the past couple of months I have not been able to pay on my Pre-Paid Acct...anyone

    else having this problem?


    I can login and view the status page and click on "Add $$" but once I click on "Pay by

    C/C or such) the page flips out and switches back to the status page...causing me to have

    to phone my payments in.


    Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have called several times but I don't think they're

    understanding the problem.
