I left my phone at a tmobile store by mistake on May 28th. Called the store twice during the next few days to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me as I am disabled and unable to drive anymore. It took me until today June 8th, to arrange to get a ride back to the store. Called first to make sure phone was in the safe as I'd been told previously and make sure I would have no problem and I was told that they had "thrown it away" as is their policy because I hadn't picked it up within 72 hours. This was the first I'd heard of this 'policy" When I tried to explain that I considered this to be an unusual way for a business to treat a customer the person on the phone became very hostile and unreasonable. I an in shock, this is hard to believe.
I don't know what the policy of Tmobile is for situation like this but your best bet is to
contact Tmobile through Facebook or Twitter and see what they can do.
