    Hi all,

     

    I commute daily to Long Island City, NY and the majority is spent on train and above ground subway. From the time I arrive to the subway station to most of my trip towards Jamaica, Queens I have voice coverage but my data coverage is so spotty it's unreliable. I have an IPhone 7 Plus and have reported the issue to a representative before. I was told a ticket would be opened but that was the last I ever heard of it.

     

    Unfortunately the issues still persist. I understand that on a train you're going to get some tower hopping but I can't stream anything on either device.

     

    Can someone advise as to some steps that may be taken to improve my coverage experience?
