Digits not activating on iPad

    I've installed digits on my iPad. I sign in with my tmobile id then select use data only when it tries to detect phone number. I tap slider to turn on line. Slider turns green and says Active. I press continue. When I go to settings the line is inactive and I can't receive or make calls. When I try to make calls I get a popup saying line is offline.
