Lost SIM card

    My SIM card is missing and I need a replacement. I want to know how I can go about doing that and will I have to pay for anything?

        Yikes, magenta1678497! Sorry to read that your SIM took a walk, and sorry that we left you hanging here! If you haven't replaced your SIM yet, we're happy to get a new one ordered for you over the phone. Truthfully, your quickest bet to get back up and running is going to be by visiting your nearest store. We don't blame you for wanting to be prepared -- there is a cost associated with replacing a SIM card of up to $25.
