Hi, Yes, I had reviewed those eligibility rules. The error message I got
though said the number I was referring wasn't eligible. He's a regular
Consumer Cellular customer so I don't know why he wouldn't qualify.

Interesting! I'm wondering if we aren't recognizing Consumer Cellular as an eligible company to port in from. I recommend contact our Rebates Care department at 1-877-311-8853. Their hours are 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. PT (Mon-Fri) & 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT (Sat). Unfortunately they are closed tomorrow so you'll have to wait until Monday. The Rebates Care team will be able to give you more information on the referral denial and provide nexts steps. Keep us posted on the outcome!
