    I was not a beta user. I have a prepaid account. I downloaded the app and logged in, got the SMS message with the activation code and was able to get in with that. When I attempted to "turn on" the number I wanted to use in the app, I received a "Provisioning Error, please contact T-Mobile." message. This has been occurring consistently since Wednesday, 5/31. How do I fix this?
