    I'sick of their excuses. We asked multiple times for our phone's back so we can go to a diffrent company with better customer servise and we are denied that and they are keep charging us every month for i phone 7 and they took our i phone 6 in trade.

    This is a nighmare. T-mobile is the company with worst customer service.
