I have not been able to opt in for the kickback on my lines. The option to turn on/off for kickback has not been showing up in line settings in the Tmobile app or on the Tmobile website either. My friend has Tmobile as well and his is missing the option too. I know I can call in and have them activate it but I like the convenience of being able to turn it on/off. Is this a general problem that Tmobile is working on? I even tried reinstalling the app but still no kickback option.
Oh man! That is super inconvenient! I know there are a few requirements that must be met in regards to your account/plan type for that option to appear.
