my question is I've been notiflied that since my devices have been lost with no insurance I will have to add a new device to my account with insurance but over the phone the system are down and online my account isn't letting me and quite frankly I don't want to stand in line at the stores will there me some other option for me
I would suggest trying 611 again. Business CS calls are tsfrd. to a separate area.
Also, business accounts have access to CS via email.
