Hi ocotillo and thanks for joining our community.
I'd like to start off by saying we take your security very seriously, and we do everything we can to protect your account access both here on our support forum and your MyT-Mobile.com account. I'd like to add that we have systems and a dedicated team in place to make sure we do our part to protect your accounts. With that being said, I haven't heard of any plans on including this authentication on My-Tmo or our Support site, but I can make sure this suggestion gets to the rights folks. I can't promise the change will be made, but I'll get the right set of eyes on this so T-Mobile can consider it. I wanna thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you coming here to post about this.
Thanks for the response. I am mostly concerned for my MyT-Mobile.com login. I'd like that login to be protected by *SOME* muti-factor authentication. Sending a code to email would be fine, mobile works too!
I request this as well. Google Authenticator is the perfect solution.
Ok, it's been a year for you to consider turning on 2 factor authentication with Google Authenticator. I realize you are a huge company and the problems your customers face can be shrugged off with little effect (for now) to your bottom line.
a lot of people are invested in cryptocurrencies. A lot of people lose ALL of their investments just by a hacker calling friendly t mobile customer service and getting the phone number transferred to THEIR DEVICE that THEY CONTROL, then proceeding to DRAIN the tmobile customers cryptocurrency account.
some action on this issue is what's needed.
Thank you for your attention
