Tmobile make same mistake 4 times in a roll


    I am leaving to Asia in 2 weeks. I know the phone will not work there, I need an unlocking code. I called Tmobile 10 day ago and 3 times after that to request the code. the reply is either to a different IMEI number or as "Unfortunately, this subscriber is not eligible to receive the unlock code at this time."

    I bought this phone almost 2 years ago at a tmobile store and paid in full. I don't understand why am I not eligible. Just because I paid it in full? Every time I call, I explain the situation to the representative but reply email is another disappointment. And you have no way to contact their unlock department either by phone or by email.
