S8 Dead already.  Tmobile and Samsung support online say 3 weeks replacement?!




    My S8 plus a few weeks into use stopped working and just shows a blackscreen. it has a white stripe that appears at the top when holding the power button. I'm being told by Samsung and Tmobile online support it will take 3 weeks to replace my phone and that is the only fix? I cannot be without a phone for 3 freaking weeks, I use this phone for work. Are there any other ways to try and fix this brick or get the unremoveable battery to drain so it will power cycle? Pretty sure if I could pull the battery and reboot this it would be fine and less trouble on you guys.
