I am having trouble suspending my plan, as I am going to Germany for six weeks and will not be using my T-Mobile plan while I am there. I go to the "phone" section in My T-Mobile and I see no information about how to suspend my line, which is where it should be. I should add that I have an unlocked ASUS Zenfone 3 Max, which is not one of the phones that are in the database to select.


    Please help!
