Phone has been Suspended since November..

    Hello, so the last time I managed to afford to pay my phone bill was in November of 2016. T-Mobile has suspended my account until further notice. I've tried to sign into my account multiple times to pay the bill, but the website makes me "Verify" the number that I was given, only it doesn't work. Bottom line, I want "restore" my service and turn my phone on now that I have reasonable income. What do I do?
