    I went to T-moble, upgraded my Samsung S7, paid the money, then afterwards saw something irregular on the account, It was still asking if I wanted to upgrade. I called T-mobile asked her about it and would cancel the order if it was not ok. She told me that it is an upgrade and I will receive instructions on how to send in my old phone. Cool.

    No instructions, no return label.
    I called back, talked to someone, she told me there would be a return envelope and email for printing out the label. Cool.

    No instructions, no email, not return envelope.

     

    I really do not want to be paying on two phones here. How do I get my old phone back to T-mobile?
