BUG: Message that sending is blocked

    Environment:

    • Primary: Samsung S7
    • Secondary: Samsung Tab E
      • Kernel version: 3.10.9-7444885
      • Build number: MMB29K T377TUVS1APL1
      • Digits version: 1.0.219

     

    Repro:

    1. Under Family Allowances -> Usage Schedule for my son's line, limit hours to 9:00am-9:00pm
    2. Under Family Allowances -> Always Allowed add Primary phone number
    3. Around 7:00am son sends message to my Primary phone number

     

    Actual Results:

    • Message is sent to Primary phone successfully
    • Message shows up in Digits app on Secondary device.
    • Son gets message that he can't send a text to that number because of message blocking being active.

     

    Expected Results:

    • Message is sent to Primary phone successfully
    • Message shows up in Digits app on Secondary device.
    • Son doesn't get message saying he can't send text.
