    I got a text message saying that eCheck is no longer available to refill my prepaid account. I don't know what that means. I have my checking account automatically debited every month; is that the same thing as eCheck? My account is due May 1. Does this mean I have to do something to pay for May? If so, what? I don't get paper bills and don't know where to send paper checks.

        I'm sorry it has taken us a few days to get back to you especially with a pressing deadline of May 1st for your payment. As of May 1, we will no longer accept eChecks as a payment method on pay in advance accounts. This means your payment that was automatically scheduled to come out on the 1st will need to be made with a different method. You can still use debit/credit cards via MyT-Mobile.com, *ADD or by going into a store. Our local stores also accept cash payments.
