Wow! This should be really simple and that's rough hearing it's not working. Have you tested it again recently? Can you clear your cache and history then try setting it up again? If it's still a no-go, I'd suggest you Contact Us and have a Care rep file a Help Desk ticket. That'll get our website team involved to take a look further and help fix this error.
