I have been trying to set up auto-pay for my account but have been having issues. The website will not take my debit card or checking account information; I get a response that it is invalid. I was able to pay my phone bill using my phone but I would prefer being able to set up auto-pay. I called customer service but they were unable to figure out what was happening. Does anyone have any idea as to why I can't get auto-pay set up? Thanks.
Wow! This should be really simple and that's rough hearing it's not working. Have you tested it again recently? Can you clear your cache and history then try setting it up again? If it's still a no-go, I'd suggest you Contact Us and have a Care rep file a Help Desk ticket. That'll get our website team involved to take a look further and help fix this error.
