How long does it take for T-Mobile to unlock my device?


    Hi there. a few days ago I paid off my iPhone 6S Plus and transferred my postpaid account to a T-mobile simply prepaid account. I've requested that the phone be unlocked using the T-mobile support chat and the representative let me know that the unlock request was successful and that I'll receive an email within 24 hours. It's been 4 days now and still no email. I've checked my spam filters and everything still could not find an email. I've tried using the support chat again but could no longer access it as it gives me the error "You are no longer logged in. Log in again to view the conversation." despite me being logged in on both "My-Tmobile" and this community. Wondering if anyone could help me out here. Thanks!
