Galaxy S8+ stuck in safe mode   volume down unresponsive


    I recieved my Galaxy S8+ from my mother, and I live in Humboldt county, way too far from any T-Mobile retail to recieve in store help.


    My S8+ had been stuck in safe mode ever since I took it out of the box. I have tried numerous things with tech support....


    -Restart phone using 'Safe Mode' notification

    -Restart phone holding down power button

    -Holding down power button and volume up while turning the phone on

    -'Reset settings' button under general management

    -'Factory data reset' button under general management


    Does anyone have a fix for this?


    Also, the volume down key does not turn my phone volume down, but the volume up button works. Is this normal in safe mode?
