Oh man. That let's me down knowing you're having trouble like this. Are you using a T-Mobile phone and SIM card? Were you ever able to use the service there or is this your first time trying? If you can tell us what kind of phone you're using, we can show you how to scan for networks and see if that gives the phone some help with using the service.
