Terrible Pre Order Experience for the Galaxy 8+


    I pre ordered my Galaxy 8+ 3/30/17 everything was going perfect. T-mobile tried 1 time to charge the card on file it was blocked because my bank thought it was fraud. After contacting the bank and T-mobile everything was a go. T-mobile never attempted to charge the card again after telling me after 3 attempts it would be cancelled but it now said my order was on hold. A few mins ago I get an email that my entire ordered was cancelled. I'm now being told the system is down and they have to put my order in again after 24 hours. I also contacted my bank and they confirmed that the charge was never attempted again. Extremely pissed off customer.
