I have purchased a data pass, how do i activate , or turn it on?
I'm hoping that by now you have received an answer to this. If not, I need a little more info on what type of data pass you purchased along with if you have a prepaid or postpaid account. If you have a prepaid account, once the previous data pass has expired or been fully used, the next data pass will kick in, in most cases.
It is a post paid account, and the data pass is on a wireless hotspot lime not my cell line.
hi there! Bjoel , call postpaid customer care their open 24/7 for them to check if your hotspot is fully activated then they will be able to walk you through how you can use it.
