I regret to be the one to tell you, but the G4 boot loop is a known issue as you seem to have found.
You can contact LG for a fix in many cases, it does involve shipping your device into LG and going without a device. That said, there are requirements that need to be met to do so and you would need to go directly through LG.
If your device is under warranty or extended warranty with us, you can also choose to look at exchange options on our side of the house.
