Unlocked Verizon Galaxy S5 does not receive data/calls


    I've recently bought a Verizon Galaxy S5 that was unlocked from Amazon. It says the SIM card is not from Verizon and while on WiFi, calls can be sent, text messages can be made and online functions work but once off WiFi, none of these work anymore. Calls only give a 'No SIM' error and immediately end. Messages can't be sent. No online function works anymore. I've changed the APN twice, resetted twice but nothing has worked. There's a sliver of a bar for 4G LTE signal which is the same as my iPhone, so it IS picking up some sort of signal but it's not doing anything with it.


    Is it possible this phone isn't entirely unlocked?
