    I'm interested in switching my plan to Post paid. How do I go about making this happen?

        It sounds like you're on one of our Pay in Advance plans, right? Switching over is super simple. Do you already have a plan in mind? If not, I'm happy to help you find the perfect one! If you do already have a plan picked out, you'll want to Contact Us to begin the conversion.

         

        A couple of things to note:

        • A credit check is required unless you have an existing postpaid account
        • You must be the account owner of the Pay in Advance account
        • If you have a credit on your Pay in Advance account, it won't transfer over to the postpaid account
