Hey meddaard! I'm sorry to hear about this, we definitely want to get to the bottom of it ASAP - are you still having trouble getting service? Were you able to stop by your local T-Mobile Store or give us a call so that we could take a peek at your account? Do you know anyone else with T-Mobile service, and if so, are their phones connecting to the network?
Hey there! I'm just swingin' by to check-in and make sure you were able to get signal on your phone or figure out why your phone isn't able to take a SIM.
Keep us posted if this is still going on.
If you purchased your phone from another vendor other than T-Mobile your phone may be locked to another carrier.
The other possibility is that your device is IMEI blocked for one of three reasons: Lost, Stolen, Non-Payment
In order to find out for sure you'd have to call Customer Care 1-800-937-8997 or stop by a store to have the IMEI checked.
