T-Mobile has been "working" on allowing customers to do Jump On Demand upgrades online for over 1 1/2 years now, how long does it take???

Q: Why can’t I get a phone with JUMP! On Demand on T-Mobile.com?
JUMP! On Demand is currently only available in stores and on the phone. We’ll bring it online soon, but it is not quite ready and we want you to have the best possible experience getting your new phone. (https://newsroom.t-mobile.com/news-a...-on-demand.htm)
This is kinda tough to answer. We don't have a time frame we can give as to if or when this will be available online. If that were to change, we'll update our JUMP! On Demand page to reflect how that would be done online. I know it says soon on that page you posted, but I'm still seeing that this process involves going to the retail store.
