I took a screenshot showing that this HD video is available on my tablet but when I go to media settings in my profile I'm not able to activate it. It shows Binge On is on but I though Binge On is irrelevant and went away once you switched to the new plans. I tried shutting off Binge On and it won't shut off. It looks like it will shut off but then stays on.
That is super odd! If you have a T-Mobile One plan, which I assume you do as you have the One Plus International feature available to add to your account, you should not have Binge On enabled on your account. I would recommend that you Contact Us when you have a moment so that our care team can take a look at your account and make sure that everything is set up correctly.
