Hmm, that's strange. If it's not letting you change to that plan, you'll want to give our Care team a holler through our Contact Us page. They can take a look at your account and make the change for you. i'd also encourage you take a peek at our disclosure at the bottom of our Pay in Advance (Prepaid) plans page. We've had a lot of folks try keeping their prepaid plans active when they live in other countries. I'm sure if you contact our Customer Care they'll make you aware of this too, but the rate plan does need to refilled as specified in order to keep the service.
