does anyone know if there is a way to correct the scam to cancel promotional offers as soon as you take tmobile service


    I switched to t mobile and kept my number on 2 lines--'to avoid any service interuptions'  they issued 2 temp numbers.

    before I even left the store the ported numbers activated--then I get my bill and the 2 'temp numbers' show as disconects

    so my lines are ineligible for the promotion '''because I disconnected the original phone numbers''  it has been 3 months

    and they said it was a glitch that would be corrected but the lines status still shows ineligable
