Like before, I have an unlocked t-mobile Samsung galaxy s5 that i bought from amazon. I've had it for almost a year now and have never been able to set up voice mail for it. This has become more of an issue to me recently and I need help figuring this out. When I call my voicemail, it asks me to enter my phone number. I enter it and then it says that my number is invalid. It then asks me the question again. This will just repeat every time I try to enter my number. Any ideas?
I did not see the notifications about rplies in my previous post, so that post is now assumed answered due to inactivity.
I have looked at the steps on the t-mobile website to try and resolve this issue, but have not been able to get it to work.
I mean that the steps lead to the same problem mentioned above.
Hey there It sounds like you don't have a voicemail feature on your account which is odd because it is systematically added when the account/line is activate.
