    Hello T-Mobile,

     

    I created/opened a brand new, first ever T-mobile account on September 17, 2016. Never had a T-Mobile account before that day. Since the very first day there has been an inaccuracy in the information associated with my account/account number. Every time I go to check account information in the T-Mobile app tt shows Payment Arrangement history. It says I have scheduled a payment of $210 dollars on December 12, 2013 paid with a VISA card. I don't even have a VISA card.

     

    How can this be or how could this happen to me??? I have always paid on time, I have always paid in full.

    I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE WITH A BILL PAYMENT.
